The Festival

Little Giants Festival is a one-day festival for children and families on 15 November 2026 at T-Works, Hyderabad. The activities, shows, workshops, partners and timings on our website describe our plans in good faith; see section 6 for changes.

Tickets & Entry

• Tickets are sold only on littlegiantsfestival.com. Tickets bought anywhere else may be treated as invalid and entry may be refused.
• An Entry Pass admits 1 child and 1 adult. An Extra Adult Pass admits one more adult and is valid only with an Entry Pass. Current prices are shown on the booking page. Prices are exclusive of GST at 18% (9% CGST + 9% SGST), which is added at checkout and shown on your GST tax invoice.
• Adults are admitted only when accompanying a child with a valid pass.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds. You will see your Booking ID on screen and receive an e-ticket with a QR code by email.
• Tickets are valid only on the event date. The QR code is scanned once at first entry, where you receive wristbands; same-day re-entry is allowed with your wristband.
• All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or resold, except as set out in our Refund Policy or where the law requires otherwise.
• Please keep your ticket and wristband with you and show them to Festival staff when asked.

Workshops & Sessions

• Workshops are paid add-ons and need a valid Entry Pass. Seats are limited and confirmed in order of booking.
• Free activities, shows and sessions with limited space run on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Sessions start on time. Entry more than 10 minutes after a session starts may not be allowed, so as not to disturb the children already taking part; no refund is given for missed or late sessions.
• Children may stay with our facilitators without a parent only during a workshop they are booked into, and must be collected promptly when it ends.

Children, Conduct & Safety

• Every child must be with a parent, guardian or responsible adult (18+) at all times outside booked workshops. That adult is responsible for the child's safety and supervision throughout the Festival.
• Please share any allergies, medical needs or access needs with our team on arrival. First aid and an ambulance are available at the venue.
• Please treat other families, artists, facilitators, volunteers and staff with respect. Abusive, unsafe, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour may lead to removal without a refund and, where needed, legal action.
• Please follow instructions from Festival staff, venue staff and security at all times.

Photography & Recording

• Photography and filming will take place throughout the Festival. By attending, you consent to you and the children with you appearing in photos, videos and recordings that we may use for promotion, marketing, social media, press and our records, without further notice or payment.
• You are welcome to take photos and videos of your own family for personal use.
• Professional or commercial photography, filming, live streaming or audio recording needs our written permission in advance.

Schedule Changes & Events Beyond Our Control

• We may change the schedule, activities, workshops, performers, layout or timings for operational, safety, weather or other reasons. We will share important changes by email or WhatsApp where we can.
• We are not responsible for delays, interruptions or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, government orders, public emergencies, power or technical failures, or a performer being unable to attend.
• If we cancel or postpone the Festival, or cancel a workshop you booked, our Refund Policy explains what happens to your booking.

What to Bring & Prohibited Items

• Dress comfortably for a full, active day.
• Outside food is not allowed, except home-cooked food for your own family. Refillable water bottles are welcome.
• Pets are not allowed, except certified service animals where the law requires.
• Weapons, fireworks, alcohol, smoking or vaping, illegal substances and any dangerous or hazardous items are not allowed. Bags may be checked at entry and prohibited items refused.

Food, Vendors & Partners

• Food and drinks at the Festival are sold by independent vendors. Please tell vendors about any allergies or dietary needs before buying. Vendors are responsible for the food they serve, and we are not liable for allergic reactions or other effects from food or drink bought at the event.
• Partners and exhibitors are responsible for their own products, services and sales. Any purchase you make from them is between you and that partner.

Liability & Personal Belongings

• We take reasonable care to run a safe event. Taking part in activities is at your own discretion, and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, illness or accidents except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Please look after your belongings. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
• Visitors may be asked to pay for damage they cause to Festival or venue property, equipment or installations.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Right to Refuse Admission

We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, or who does not follow these terms, without a refund.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. If money is deducted but your booking is not confirmed, please contact us with your payment ID.

Intellectual Property

The Little Giants Festival name, logo, mascots, artwork, website design and content belong to NOVA OUTFOX INTERACTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED or its partners and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Festival or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you book applies to that booking.
