By using our website or booking with us, you agree to this policy.

Your name, WhatsApp / mobile number and email address
The first name and age of each child attending
Passes and workshops you choose, and any notes you add (for example allergies or access needs)
How you heard about us

When you pay

The payment ID, amount and status from Razorpay. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.

When you contact us

Whatever you share by email, phone or WhatsApp, and newsletter sign-ups

When you use the website

IP address, approximate location, browser, device and operating system
Pages visited, clicks, scrolling, time on page and how you reached us
Information from cookies and similar tools (see section 8)

How We Use Your Information

To confirm bookings and send your e-ticket, QR code and booking updates
To manage entry, workshops and children's safety on the day
To answer questions and provide support
To process refunds where they apply
To understand how the website is used and make it better
To measure and improve our advertising
To prevent fraud and keep the website secure
To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements

Updates & Marketing

With your consent (for example when you subscribe), we may send you Festival news, ticket launches, offers and updates about future events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. Messages about a booking you made are not marketing and will still be sent.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a regulated payment gateway. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. Razorpay handles this information under its own privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Little Giants Festival is a family event. Children's details are provided by their parent or guardian at booking; we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
We use children's details only to run the Festival safely (for example workshop lists and helping reunite families). We never use them for advertising or share them with advertising partners.
If you think a child has given us information without a parent's or guardian's involvement, contact us and we will remove it.

Photography & Videography

The Festival is photographed and filmed for promotion, marketing, social media and our records. By attending, you agree that you and your family may appear in these photos and videos. If you have a concern about a specific photo or video, contact us and we will review it.

Cookies, Meta Pixel & Microsoft Clarity

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the website working, measure traffic, understand how visitors use it, and measure our advertising. These include:

Essential: needed for booking and checkout to work.
Analytics: Microsoft Clarity shows heatmaps and anonymised session replays. The booking form and booking confirmation are hidden from Clarity, so what you type there is not recorded.
Advertising: the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API tell us which ads lead to bookings. For a completed booking we send Meta the order value and a hashed (scrambled, unreadable) version of your email, phone number and name so it can be matched to ad activity. Children's details are never sent.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook / Instagram settings. Booking works without non-essential cookies.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to run the Festival, complete transactions and refunds, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting duties (financial records are generally kept for up to 8 years). After that we delete or anonymise it.

Data Security

Booking records are stored on our server outside the public website, sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and accessible only to authorised team members. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, but no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.

Third-Party Services

Our website links to and uses third-party services such as Razorpay, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google. Their own privacy policies apply to information you give them directly, and we encourage you to read them.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

Give you access to the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
Delete your information (we may need to keep some records for legal reasons, or to fulfil a booking)
Withdraw consent, for example to marketing
Explain how your information is used
