There are two passes: the Entry Pass for 1 child + 1 adult, now ₹699 at the super early bird price (regular ₹999), and the Extra Adult Pass (₹299) for each additional grown-up. All prices are plus 18% GST, added at checkout, and you get a GST invoice with your ticket. The festival is for children up to 12 years, and passes can be combined in one booking. Every Entry Pass includes the Integrated Art Workshops by IndFame (10 AM – 3 PM), all-day SciArt Workshops, the Science Discovery Lab, access to the Play Area and every stage show.

Yes. Each Entry Pass covers 1 adult. Any additional adult needs an Extra Adult Pass (₹299 + GST), which gives full-day access to everything included in the Entry Pass.

Every child attending needs to be covered by a pass, including toddlers. Babies under 1 year enter free with a ticketed adult.

Book one Entry Pass per child (each includes 1 adult). You can add them all in the same booking, along with any Extra Adult passes. For larger groups, contact us for group rates.

Your tickets will be sent by email and WhatsApp right after booking, with a QR code. Just show it on your phone at the entrance — no printing needed.

Limited entry passes may be available at the gate, but workshops often sell out in advance. We strongly recommend booking online to secure your preferred session times.

Tickets and workshops are non-refundable and can't be cancelled once booked. Please double-check your passes and session times before paying. If we cancel the event (or a workshop you booked), you get a full refund. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Yes — we highly recommend it! Your entry pass gets your family in for the whole day, with the art and SciArt workshops, Science Discovery Lab, play area and stage shows included. Workshops are the heart of the festival: small groups, expert facilitators and a guided, hands-on session where your child really builds, creates or competes.

Workshops are booked along with your entry pass at ₹799 + GST per child, per workshop. Seats are limited, so book your entry pass and workshops together.

Science Workshop (₹799 + GST): 11:00 AM, 45 mins. Build a real working toy using circuits and motors. Kids take home some of the kits they use, and every child gets a certificate.

Little Giants Fitness Challenge (₹799 + GST): 11:00 AM, 50 mins. Two fitness circuits, and every child gets a timing certificate with their finish time.

Both workshops run at 11:00 AM, so each child can do one of them. You can book one workshop seat per Entry Pass, in any mix: with 2 Entry Passes, for example, book 2 Science seats, 2 Fitness seats, or one of each. Everything else in the Entry Pass is open all day.

We keep groups small so every child gets attention: each workshop has just 25 seats. You can see how many seats are left when you book.

Adults can drop their child off at the workshop and wait nearby. Our facilitators guide the children throughout the session.

No experience needed, and all materials are provided. Every workshop is hands-on, and in some workshops your child gets to take home what they build or create.

Please arrive at the workshop area 10 minutes early. Sessions start on time, and seats may be given to waiting children if you're more than 10 minutes late.

Yes! Spots are limited, so register in advance through our WhatsApp number. Tell us your child's name, age and what they'd like to perform.

Children of all ages. It's a safe, cheerful space with simple games and group activities, open all day with your entry pass.

Yes. Activity zones are clearly marked by age, materials are child-safe, and trained volunteers are on hand throughout the venue. Children must stay with an adult or guardian outside of workshops.

Every child gets a wristband at entry where you can write your phone number. If you get separated, go straight to the Help Desk near the entrance — our team will help you reunite quickly.

Yes. An ambulance will be stationed at the venue throughout the day. If your child has any allergies or medical needs, please let our team know when you arrive.

Yes, a quiet baby-care room with a changing station is available for families with little ones.

Strollers are welcome. The main areas are step-free and accessible, and our volunteers are happy to help if you need anything.

Yes. The festival will be photographed and filmed for promotion and social media, and by attending you agree that you and your children may appear in these photos and videos. You're welcome to take photos of your own family too.

Yes, there will be kid-friendly food and drink stalls at the venue throughout the day, with vegetarian options.

Home-cooked food for your family and a refillable water bottle are welcome. Outside food from restaurants or shops isn't allowed. Food stalls at the venue will be open through the day.

Yes, restrooms are available on site and cleaned regularly through the day.

Yes, parking is available at the venue, and we also have a valet parking facility — just drive up to the entrance and our team will take care of your car.

Yes, re-entry is allowed with your wristband, so you can step out for lunch or a nap and come back for the evening shows.

Gates open at 10:00 AM in time for the Welcome & Kickoff. If you've booked a workshop, plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your first session.

Your ticket QR code, a water bottle, a cap or sunscreen for outdoor areas, and a spare set of clothes for little ones — things can get messy in the art and play zones!

Comfortable clothes that can get paint on them, and closed shoes — especially if they're doing the Little Giants Challenge.

We have a rain contingency plan in place, so the festival goes ahead rain or shine. Outdoor activities will move to covered areas if needed.

Most families enjoy 3–5 hours, but your pass is valid all day — so stay as long as your little giant has energy for!
