This policy applies to all Little Giants Festival tickets and workshops booked on littlegiantsfestival.com, sold by NOVA OUTFOX INTERACTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED.
In short: tickets and workshops are non-refundable, cannot be cancelled and cannot be transferred once booked. You get a full refund only if we cancel the Festival (or a workshop you booked).
Cancellations by You
Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, changed, exchanged or transferred to another person, and no refund is given, including if you cannot attend, arrive late, miss a session or leave early. Please check your passes, workshops and details carefully before paying.
If We Cancel the Festival
If NOVA OUTFOX INTERACTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED cancels Little Giants Festival, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for your booking. We will let you know by email and/or WhatsApp.
If We Cancel a Workshop
If a workshop you booked is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of that workshop's price. Your entry pass remains valid for the rest of the Festival.
If the Festival Is Postponed
If the Festival moves to a new date, your booking stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within the period we announce with the new date.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If money was deducted but no booking was confirmed, or you were charged twice, the extra amount is refunded in full. If it has not reached you within 7 working days, write to us with your payment ID.
How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more working days to show the credit. We do not refund in cash.
